安装Eclipse PDT，XDebug，Aptan3，Xampp等开发PHP

步骤1：下载 eclipsePDT-all-in-one :

-从 eclipse site http://www.eclipse.org/pdt/downloads/  (advice: PDT 2.2.0)
-从 Zend Site (include Zend Debugger) site http://www.zend.com/en/community/pdt
选择 all-in-one 版本.

步骤2：安装XAMPP
